Known for her keen eye for detail and a true passion for personalization, Michele is highly skilled in a wide range of cutting and coloring techniques designed to complement each client's unique style. For Michele, the ultimate reward is ensuring every client leaves looking and feeling their absolute best in an atmosphere that is always warm, fun, and welcoming.

A native of Superior, WI, Michele married her high school sweetheart, Troy. Together, they share two wonderful sons and a beautiful daughter-in-law. Outside the salon, she loves traveling with her husband and cherishing quality time with family and friends.

Co-owner of Southside Salon, Missy Bickford pairs 14 years of cosmetology experience with a deep dedication to her craft. Known for her attentive, consultative approach, Missy excels at listening closely to her clients' needs to deliver tailored, confidence-boosting results. A native of South Range, WI, she balances her career with raising two wonderful children alongside her husband, Nick. On her down time, Missy loves camping, embracing the outdoors, and making memories with family and friends.

A longtime South Superior resident, her vibrant energy extends beyond the chair—whether she’s working at the Shamrock, cheering on her beloved Green Bay Packers (including a memorable 2023 Vegas trip with her husband, Randy), or cherishing time with her three daughters and five grandchildren.

A resident of the area with 40 years of marriage to her husband, Tim, she balances her dedication to her clients with a vibrant personal life. Outside the salon, she loves spending time with her three children and two granddaughters, shooting pool in the winter, and heading to her camper for golfing and side-by-side trail rides in the summer.
